- You’re looking for therapy, medical care, or crisis support. The Stoop is peer support and practical tools, not a replacement for professional care.
- You want a structured program with modules and a finish line. This is pick-what-you-need, not a curriculum.

Most Stoop tools run right in your browser — phone or laptop, no app to install. What you type stays on your device, not our servers. Guides and templates come as plain markdown files you can drop straight into Obsidian, and as PDFs if you’re not an Obsidian person yet. If a tool needs a specific app, we say so before you download it.
The membership is for one person. The tools aren’t. Half of them are built to be handed to somebody — the Handoff Sheet goes to your sister, the Emergency One-Pager goes on the fridge. Share what the tools make. Just don’t share your login. And if you’re supporting a partner through the same season, tell us. We’re building this for real households, not just individual logins.
Anything you’ve already downloaded is yours. Keep it, use it, no expiration. Canceling stops new drops and member-only updates — that’s all it stops. Come back later and pick up where you left off. Founding members keep the founding rate for life, even after a pause.
