Plain language, kept short. By joining The Stoop, you’re agreeing to the following.
1 · What this is
The Stoop is a paid membership from D’Amore Ltd Co: scripts, templates, resets, and care-week tools. It is support only: not therapy, not HR advice, and not legal, medical, or financial advice. If you need any of those, please reach out to a licensed professional.
2 · Membership & billing
- Membership is billed monthly through PayPal at the rate shown at signup.
- Founding-rate members keep their locked rate for life. If you cancel and return, you return at your founding rate.
- Cancel anytime through PayPal (where your subscription is billed), or email us and we’ll help: no cancellation fee, no exit interview.
3 · Your account
Keep your login private; you’re responsible for activity under your account. If you think someone else has access, email us right away and we’ll help you secure it.
4 · Using the tools
Everything inside The Stoop is for your own personal or household use, not for resale or redistribution. Please don’t resell, redistribute, or republish the scripts, templates, or tools as your own.
If you downloaded any tools while you were a member, they’re yours to keep and use even after you cancel. Cancelling ends your access to the member area itself, not the files you’ve already saved to your device.
5 · No guarantees
We built these tools from real experience, but nobody’s situation is identical. We can’t promise a specific outcome for your job, family, health, or finances, only that the tools are made in good faith to be genuinely useful.
6 · Changes
We may update these terms occasionally. If a change is significant, we’ll let members know by email.
