About
Hey, I’m Rebecca.
I’m a technical writer, project manager, and digital studio owner who got my ADHD diagnosis when I turned 40. Then my mom got sick and I became a reluctant caregiver.
I built this because I wanted to share the tools that worked for me and the tools that I wish I’d had. And one of the those wish list items was a website where I could find the things I didn’t even know I needed.
You shouldn’t have to build the system while you’re still inside the problem. So I started making the tools instead — using the same technical-writing and process instincts I rely on at work, pointed at caregiving, executive function, and the parts of life that don’t come with a manual.
D’Amore Ltd Co builds practical, ready-made tools that reduce the mental load of caregiving, work, executive-function demands, and everyday overload. Right now, that means scripts, sheets, resets, logs, plans, and simple browser-based tools made for neurodivergent women carrying too much — whether you’re formally diagnosed, self-identified, still questioning, or you just recognize the pattern. No diagnosis, membership, or account required to use any of it.
What this isn’t: therapy, HR advice, or a legal clinic.
What it is: the practical, identity-safe support I wish somebody had handed me — built with the same systems thinking I use as a technical writer and project manager, from someone living the same season.
