The Care Load Starter System
Stop being the only copy of the information.
You know every dose, every doctor, every insurance number, the thing that calms her down, the thing that sets her off, and which pharmacy actually has it in stock. All of it lives in your head. There is no backup.
That is why you cannot let anyone cover for you. Not because they would not help. Because handing it off would take longer than doing it yourself.
This is the fix. Five tools that get it out of your head and onto paper, so somebody else can pick it up without a briefing, and so you can walk into an emergency room without reciting a year of medical history from memory.
What you get
The Emergency One-Pager
The page you would hand a paramedic, a hospital, or your sister with zero notice. Conditions, allergies, medications, directive status, doctor, pharmacy, insurance, contacts, and the behavior notes nobody thinks to write down. Fill it in, print it, put it on the fridge.
Twenty minutes. Highest-value thing in the whole system.
The Care Card
A warmer version for short stays: respite care, a new aide’s first day, a hospital stay. Photo, the name she actually answers to, the things she might forget to mention, allergies, medications by time of day, doctor, contacts, and room for a note at the end. Print it and hand it over.
The Caregiving Handoff Sheet
Say it once. The daily routine, medications and times, what helps, what to never do, who to call. Then hand the whole sheet to whoever is stepping in and actually leave. Every field has a microphone button, so you can talk it through instead of typing.
The Caregiver Binder
Eight pages for the running paperwork: the care team, the medication schedule, an appointment log so you are never walking into a follow-up with no memory of the last visit, shift handoff notes, daily status, a document checklist, and a parking lot for the questions that occur to you at 11pm.
The Year You Actually Had
A thirty-second log for wins, kudos, and projects as they happen, so review season is a copy-paste instead of trying to reconstruct a year you barely survived. It writes the summary for you when you are ready.

$29$39 regular price — $29 is the founding price for the first 25 buyers
Founding price is for the first 25 people. After that it is $39. Nobody’s counting but the button is.
One payment. Yours forever. No subscription, no login, nothing to cancel.
How it works
- You pay by card. No account to create, nothing to sign up for.
- Your download link shows up on the confirmation screen the second the payment goes through. Click it. Nothing forwards you automatically.
- The same link is in your emailed receipt. Close the tab by accident and nothing is lost, it is sitting in your inbox.
- You unzip one folder. Open START HERE. It tells you which single thing to do tonight.
- The tools open in your web browser by double-clicking. No install, no account, no login.
Nothing you type is sent anywhere. There is no server, no account, no database. Everything saves on your own device, in your own browser. Which also means: use the same device each time, and print the pages that matter. Paper does not lose your data.
Who this is for
The one your family calls when Mom’s doctor calls. Usually a daughter, usually in her forties or fifties, usually holding a job at the same time, usually without anyone having asked whether she wanted the role.
It was built by someone who did it, through her mother’s cancer and then her dementia, on a brain that was already carrying more than any planner accounted for. Everything in here is what she wishes she had had at the start.
Questions people actually ask
Do I need to be good with computers?
No. You double-click a file and it opens like a web page. If you can fill in a form online, you can use all of this.
Is this a subscription?
No. One payment, and the files are yours. There is nothing to cancel.
Will it work on my phone?
The tools do. The binder pages are plain text files, which are easier on a computer. Most people fill things in on a laptop and print from there.
Is my information private?
Yes, in the strongest sense: it never leaves your device. There is nowhere for it to go. Nobody at D’Amore can see what you type, including me.
I am not sure this is my problem yet.
Take the free Caregiver Load Check first. Two minutes, twelve questions, and it tells you which single thing to go do tonight. Buy nothing.
Still here?
Then some of that landed. Get it out of your head before the night you really need it.
